From Monday 21, to Friday 25 of July, 2025
Step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a week of simplicity, nature, and deep self-discovery. During this unique retreat, we follow the natural rhythms of the day and explore the theory of temperaments to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. We combine this with the power of nature, nourishing food, and moments of rest and reflection. Rosalie, a passionate naturopath, will share her knowledge of living in and with nature, in a fun, light and playful way. With the Four natural qualities game she will provide an introduction to this approach. Alongside Frederique, you will learn about permaculture and how to live a self-sufficient life.
What to expect:
The theory of temperaments
This week, Rosalie will guide you through naturopathic principles and introduce you to various methods to improve or maintain your health naturally. Together we will dive deep into the four temperaments (sanguine, melancholic, choleric, and phlegmatic) and explore how they influence your thoughts, emotions and actions. By understanding your own temperament and its movements across different axes, you gain tools to make more conscious choices and align better with your surroundings. In addition to discovering your own temperament, Rosalie will offer insights into yourself through face and posture analysis and will take you on an open and observant journey through herbs, flowers and plants.
Farm-to-fork and workshops
We eat pure and honest food, sourced directly from the land where you are staying. Together with Frederique, you will harvest, forage and prepare delicious, nourishing meals that feed both body and mind. Frederique will teach you the principles of permaculture and how to live a more self-sufficient lifestyle. Together we will create our own essential oils, soaps, flower remedies, and tinctures, as well as make refreshing drinks using water kefir.
Connection with nature and simple living
This week we leave behind luxury and excess, embracing simplicity. By doing and having less, we experience more freedom and fulfillment together. Together we will take daily walks, outdoor meditations, and moments of silence in nature to fully unwind.
Time for reflection and relaxation
In addition to the guided sessions, there is plenty of space for personal time, allowing you to unwind in your own way. The moulin features a spacious and inspiring atelier, perfect for yoga, dance, art, or meditation. Surrounded by nature, it offers a serene setting where you can relax, take a swim in the natural pond, or enjoy a peaceful walk through the (vegetable) garden and food forest. Whether you prefer to read, write, or simply embrace moments of silence, this week is all about creating space for yourself and your well-being.

We prefer to keep the schedule flexible, so we can decide the day's program together based on everyone's preferences and the weather forecast.
